For our board we used the same design as this:

I am connected directly to the PC.

Can you confirm that you can switch your Target Voltage on pin 1 without plugging it into a board? If you can do that, then we can eliminate the need for a board.

Hi,

I'm sending you 3 pictures.
In the first picture, you can see when Target option set to None -> LINK is turn off and voltage is small.
In the second picture, you can see when Target option set to 3.3 -> LINK is turn on and voltage is 3.7.
In the third picture, you can see on which pins I measured the voltage.

When I was measuring voltage, I did not use the board.

Please, can you send me these pictures of your measurements?

Kind regards,
Jovana

Thank you. The voltage does not change. The Link light does not change (off). See pics.

1.75 volts regardless. Even if I plug into a power supply, with no PC. And yours is zero volts?

So we can rule out the board. So I would think It must be the programmer? Unless 1.75v is normal?

Hello,

Can you submit a support ticket on our helpdesk so that we can continue our conversation there ( support@mikroe.com )?

Kind regards,
Jovana

For the record, I got a replacement MikroProg CEC, and it all worked perfectly.
